Watermark Builders, LLC is a construction company that focuses on home improvement, new construction, design services and out buildings. Whether you know exactly what you want, or you are searching for new ideas, Watermark can help. We offer a simple process that won't leave you wondering if what you expect is what you are going to get. We offer every project a one-year warranty to make sure you are satisfied with your finished product.
The goal at Watermark Builders is to provide a quality product to you, the customer. While it is a rewarding experience for us, our purpose is to make it a rewarding experience for you. We will go out of our way to make your home improvement project as easy as possible.
Our Process
When you meet with Watermark the first time, we'll come to your home, discuss your project and ideas and fill out a basic questionnaire. We will then set up a second meeting time to review your estimate and show you drawings and selection sheets. This process allows us to be more accurate in our estimate and make sure everyone is going in the same direction.
When you're ready to commit, you will then sign the preliminary estimate and pay a small deposit that will be credited to your final cost. Drawings will be released to you and you can start selections at our designated vendors. After your selections have been finalized, a final contract will be signed and a 10% deposit will start construction. You will be given an initial job schedule, which includes a start date and payment information. If there are any adjustments to the schedule, you'll be informed as soon as possible.
